David Shrigley Mug: Stupid Thoughts

There’s a particular kind of humor that doesn’t try too hard—and that’s exactly where these mugs land. Featuring the unmistakable linework and offbeat wit of David Shrigley, each piece feels like a small, functional artwork slipped into your daily routine. The illustrations sit somewhere between absurd and oddly perceptive, the kind that catches you off guard mid-sip and lingers longer than expected.

Printed on both sides, the design stays visible whether it’s on your desk or in hand, while the brightly coloured gift box extends the same irreverent tone outward. It’s equal parts object and mood—practical enough for everyday use, but with just enough personality to disrupt the ordinary. One of those pieces that quietly reshapes the rhythm of something as simple as a coffee break.
